Requesting a Data Export

You can request a full export of your personal data at any time. The export includes everything stored in your Aureli account in a portable JSON format.

What's included

The export contains:

  • Your profile information (name and email address)
  • All portfolios and their settings
  • All assets and their current valuations
  • All debts and their current valuations
  • Bank connections

How to request an export

  1. Go to Data Export from the account menu.
  2. Click Request data export.
  3. The export is prepared in the background — this may take a few minutes.
  4. When ready, you'll receive an email with a download link.

Only one export can be in progress at a time. If you request another while one is being prepared, you'll see a message confirming that an export is already underway.

Download link

The download link in your email is valid for 7 days. After that, the file is automatically deleted and you'll need to request a new export if you still need one.

Data format

The export is delivered as a JSON file containing a structured snapshot of your account data, including a timestamp of when the export was generated.
