You can request a full export of your personal data at any time. The export includes everything stored in your Aureli account in a portable JSON format.
What's included
The export contains:
- Profile — name, email, plan type, marketing preferences, preferred locale, and linked sign-in providers
- Portfolios — every portfolio, its settings, collaborators (access list), and any pending invitations
- Assets — every asset with its full valuation history and class-specific details (stock holdings, cash account terms, commodity, crypto)
- Debts — every debt with its full valuation history, class-specific details (credit card, mortgage, secured/unsecured loan), and any asset links
- Bank connections — each connection's accounts with names, balances, and the linked asset or debt
- Goals & projections — milestones and scenarios per portfolio
- AI chat — your chat conversations and messages
- Other — registered devices, recent notifications, and any feedback you've submitted
How to request an export
- Go to Data Export from the account menu.
- Click Request data export.
- The export is prepared in the background — this may take a few minutes.
- When ready, you'll receive an email with a download link.
Only one export can be in progress at a time. If you request another while one is being prepared, you'll see a message confirming that an export is already underway.
Download link
The download link in your email is valid for 4 hours. After that, the file is automatically deleted and you'll need to request a new export if you still need one.
Data format
The export is delivered as a JSON file containing a structured snapshot of your account data, including a timestamp of when the export was generated.
