Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Pro starts with 14 days free. We take a card at the start, and the plan rolls into £79 a year (or £9 a month if you chose monthly) when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial from Settings and you won't be charged. Lite stays free if you'd rather not start a trial.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from Settings. Yearly works out at £6.58 a month, £29 less than paying monthly for a year.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Lite. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer plans for advisers or families?
Pro includes up to 10 portfolios with editor sharing, which covers most families. For advisers or anything larger, email hello [at] aureli.app.
Plans and limits
What counts as an auto-updating asset?
Anything with a market price: stocks, ETFs, funds, crypto, gold, silver and other commodities. Lite includes 3; Pro is unlimited. Property, cash and other assets you value by hand don't count.
How do Aureli AI credits work?
Each message costs credits depending on the model: Standard 1, Enhanced 3, Expert 5. A daily and a monthly cap both apply, and chat pauses at whichever comes first. Pro gets 100 a day and 500 a month across all 3 models. Lite gets 5 a day and 20 a month on Standard.
How does Aureli value my assets?
Stocks, ETFs, crypto and commodities use market prices, refreshed daily. Property, pensions, cash and anything else you add by hand use the value you enter.
Is my financial data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it. Bank access is read-only. Aureli Tech Limited (FRN 1056139) is a registered agent of Finexer Ltd (FRN 925695), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide regulated Open Banking services.
